Two Hydrow rowing machines against a gradient orange and pink background
Hydrow/CNET

With Black Friday around the corner, the deals are already in the works on everything from TVs to mattresses to exercise equipment. In fact, we've just spotted a fantastic deal on some of our favorite rowing machines from Hydrow, offering full-body workouts in 20 minutes (perfect for pie season). Right now, both the Hydrow Pro Rower and the Hydrow Wave Rower are on sale at Hydrow's site as well as at Amazon. We've highlighted the deals for you below.

Both the Hydrow Pro and the Hydrow Wave rowing machines are on sale right now. Both machines offer full-body workouts in 20 minutes. A membership is required to access the wide array of classes (Hydrow has more than 5,000 to choose from, helping to ensure you never get bored). Both machines offer large high-definition touchscreens and speakers and smooth, magnetic rowing.

The key difference comes down to size. At 86 inches long by 25 inches wide by 47 inches high, the Hydrow Pro sports a 22-inch high-def screen and can accommodate up to 375 pounds of weight. The machine itself weighs a little over 145 pounds, so you'll not only want enough room for it, you'll want it to stay put once you have it set up. Slightly more compact, the Hydrow Wave is 80x19x43 inches and has a smaller 16-inch HD screen. It can also hold up to 375 pounds, but the machine itself weighs just over 100 pounds. That's still a hefty lift if you need to move it, but it's 30% lighter than the Hydrow Pro.

Our expert reviewer, Giselle Castro-Sloboda and the team of CNET wellness experts agreed that the Hydrow Pro, named the best luxury rowing machine, was both sleek looking with a smooth, natural stride. It's a pricier model and it takes up a fair amount of space, but if you're looking for a top-of-the-line rower, this is it. Similar to Peloton, Hydrow requires a monthly subscription to access workouts, classes and more.

Currently you can pick the Hydrow Pro up for $1,720 at Amazon. It is listed at $1,745 with an added $25 discount upon checkout. This is $475 less than the $2,195 regular price tag.

You can also scoop the the Hydrow Pro directly from Hydrow for $1,745. While the Amazon deal does give you a slightly bigger discounts, it's worth checking out the Hydrow offer because not only do you save the $450 instantly, there is the potential to save $850 in additional savings when you bundle, including membership offers.

If you want the perks of the Hydrow Pro but you're tighter on space, consider the Hydrow Wave. Dubbed the best rowing machine for small spaces by our reviewer and expert fitness and nutrition writer, Giselle Castro-Sloboda, who writes, "The Hydrow Wave design looks more like that of a standard Flywheel rowing machine and uses a smaller footprint than its predecessor. It still has the same high-tech qualities, like the electromagnetic drag technology, a touch screen and access to Hydrow's workout programs."

Currently, you can pick up the Hydrow Wave at Amazon for $1,420, a $275 discount. Note that Amazon lists it at the $1,445 discount but there is a bonus $25 off that happens at checkout.

Hydrow also has the Hydrow Wave listed for $1,445. While the discount is slightly less, because the Hydrow rowers require a membership, it's worth noting that not only do you save the instant $250, you can also get up to $630 in savings when you bundle including membership deals.
